Focaccia

This weekend I was bored and it was cold and rainy out, so I decided to do some baking. Baking mellows me out and a mellow Buddha is a happy Buddha. I was having dinner at a friend's house that night, which made it a perfect opportunity to test out a focaccia recipe from an old episode of the Naked Chef that I've been hanging onto. It was great. The dough was really easy and came out well. I changed the topping because I had had rosemary in something the night before and wanted something different. And I didn't have any fresh rosemary on hand. Instead, I used garlic, parmesan cheese, and a Vidalia onion carmelized in butter and sherry. Other than that, I followed the recipe below and it got rave reviews. It's a great one for a beginning baker, I think.
