Illinois v Caballes

Just returned from the oral arguments this morning in Illinois v. Caballes, a 4th amendment challenge.

Basic impression: Attorney for Caballes did a very poor job, completely missing easy questions from Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, and Souter. Illinois' AG was pretty sharp.

Detailed account and explanation of the issues to come later tonight.
